Tombstone

This is based on a true story. Tombstone tells the story of the most famous shootout of the Wild West: The shootout at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone. The film focuses on the life of marshal and gunslinger Wyatt Earp, who is without question one of the greatest, if not the greatest Western legend of all. Then there are his two brothers, as well as Doc Holliday, who, despite his severe tuberculosis, is considered one of the fastest and most ruthless gunslingers of the Wild West.
Tombstone is without question one of the best new-era westerns out there, with Kurt Russel and Val Kilmer giving some of their best performances ever. The film looks beautiful and it shows us exactly the raw and truly wild west we want to see. Every man should watch this film, because this film really is 130 minutes of pure masculinity, 130 minutes where Wyatt Earp and his brothers and Doc Holliday simply radiate pure masculinity. Despite the fact that the film allows itself generous historical embellishments here and there, it remains a shining star of the western genre, known especially for its acting performances, its action-packed scenes, and its focus on honor, loyalty and revenge.
Of course, not everyone has to like it so much, but almost everything: the atmosphere, the characters, the acting, the music, all that I love about Tombstone. It's a film that not only shows the Wild West, but also makes it touchable. By the way, bonus points for the fact that all the moustaches in this film are real - how great is that!
