Die Hard
You guys know how I feel about this film, so I'm gonna use the time to explain why Die Hard is a Christmas film.
Reason Number One: The film has various Christmas songs playing throughout the duration of the film, like Argyle playing Run D.M.C's Christmas in Hollis, Hans humming Beethoven's Ode To Joy, and In the final credits, Let it Snow is playing. If it isn't a Christmas film, then why is there a crap ton of iconic Christmas songs.
Reason Number Two: It is obviously set during Christmas Eve and there are various Christmas references throughout. When Theo says it would take a miracle to open the vault, Hans replied by saying "It's Christmas, Theo, This is the time of miracles". And John even uses Holiday themed tape to tape his gun to his back for the final gunfight scene. This film is even set at a Christmas Party, what more could you ask for?
That is why Die Hard is a Christmas film, and I am willling to Die on this hill.
