Ok I know Miranda is a dick but also I also kind like her and she actually stopped the fire-breathing and had emotions talking about her divorce, like she clearly respects what Andy did by leaving and somewhat liked her at the end, as did Emily, despite Miranda being so horrible. Nigel got done dirty icl, but I guess that’s been his whole life, he can’t walk away and he gets treated like shit every day, he ended up being one of my favourite characters, as did Emily, Stanley tucci is always so good, and so is Emily blunt. But I mainly watched this a) cos my mum loves it and b) anne hathaway. Felt way longer than an hour 50, and not in a bad way either I felt like there was so much story in, for todays standards, on the shorter side of films. Shit I just clocked, 2 films in a row about shitty bosses who rarely showed any vulnerability that end up liking the main character who worked so so hard for them as their assistant and travels to a faraway place with them, despite not being happy with the situation.
