Goth
MY FAV COMFORT MOVIE!! a psychological thriller that serves more as a meditative, aesthetic exploration of morbidity than a typical horror film. I love the The film's visual style, with overexposed, white, and washed-out visuals, creates a dream-like, "between life and death" atmosphere. I love the concept Aestheticization of Death and how the film explores the idea of treating death as a "work of art," with the characters acting as observers of this art, rather than victims, suggesting a detachment from morality and empathy. The goth subculture representations are my fav part of the whole film. A truly morbid work of art🖤
