Do you believe in it? A fire which never dies? Burning you forever? *Oh yes.* Hard to underestimate how brilliantly edited this film is. Although, on a rewatch, I realized how double-sided the film is, yet we never see it all. We are stuck in Salieri's POV, but there are a few moments where Mozart exhibits the same jealousy Salieri holds (After Salieri's opera, and when Mozart confesses that he thought Salieri hated his work), even though he quite literally farts on Salieri's music. Also, I have to mention the extras that populate the world. They're so... weird, and I love them all. I love that Peter Shaffer thinks sneaking food is so funny.
