Damn. What a banger to start off 2026. Watched this on a flight back to Tennessee to take my instrument rating checkride and this might end up being my favorite movie I watch this year. Loved every bit of it. As an mma fan and a boxer myself i love good combat sports movies and this one might be the best. It adds such a deeply emotional element to what seems to be just a manly punch fest of a movie. You cant help but route for both brothers throughout. Ill admit I teared up a few times. The song at the end oh my days. I love The national and that was such a banger. Also the aesthetics bro. This movie brings that raw grungey feel that mma used to have. Before it blew way up. Absolutely love it. This one might make the 4 favorites at some point. Wanna rewatch it with my dad.
