Thirteen
The very first scene shows Tracy's futur breakdown and it’s the first impression that the movie give us of her, you already know she won’t get out of this, its not a surprise, you don’t wonder what she’s going to be but why.
i love the blue filter that gradually shows Evie's influence on Tracy and that at the end of the film disappears completely, showing that she no longer has any influence on Tracy.
I think it's a hard watch for some people and I totally understand, especially for some who have already disappointed their parents and realized too late to fix things.
Among the tiktok films, I find this one much more "traumatic," even if I don't like that term cause you can't be traumatized by a film, but it is much more heartbreaking than Mysterious Skin for example.
(i’ve first watched this when i wanted to be Tracy and now i just realise how stupid it sound)
