Wait Nacho Libre is a Kung Fu Flick?! How did I never see that before? The zoom shots, the character development, the fight scenes, the Eagle powers scene (eagle style). It’s undeniable. 5 stars because every scene is a Renaissance Painting, the humor is not only perfect but innovative, and the art direction might be one of the best of all time. If you haven’t seen this movie since it came out, and especially if you’ve written it off because of the hype we gave it in 2006, then give this a rewatch. It holds up much better than you think. Perfect 5 and not taking that back. Also Jack Blacks singing, facial expressions, body movements, and overall acting is spot on.
