Forrest Gump
Letterboxd can't make enough propaganda to get me to hate this movie. It's funny because I first watched this 3 years ago and I watched it for almost a week straight because of how great this movie is. From the soundtrack to the acting Gump has it all. Now we get into the awards Do I personally think Gump is a better movie than Pulp Fiction from an objective standpoint? It really depends pulp fiction is much more groundbreaking, but being groundbreaking doesn't always win the academy[Most Hitchcock films like Rope,Psycho and Rear Window]. 1994 is arguably one of the best years in cinema with Shawshank(Haven't watched),Speed,Pulp Fiction,NBK and more. Forrest Gump winning Best Picture isn't a robbery by any means it is an all time film that just so happened to win over two other all time films. It happens doesn't make it a robbery.
