Much needed comfort cry.  It’s indescribable how this film makes me feel. It’s an astral level of pain, devastation and beauty few have ever managed to capture.  Two of the most authentic portrayals of subtle adolescent emotionality and sensitivity ever depicted from young actors. Deeply moving performances. Lukas Dhonts direction through each and every moment is extraordinary. Capturing the humanity of character and complexities of themes only lived experience could display to this level on screen. This is such an important picture for so many reasons.  ❤️
