You’re a sick and twisted person if you like this movie… - Okay spoiler: I loved this movie. What can I sauces I’m a sucker for a suburban tale that’s rotten to its core!The first time I watched this, I enjoyed it a decent amount, but the comedy in it thats drenched in pitch black paint was hardly visible. It wasn’t until I sat with this movie for a year and decided to give it a rewatch during this movie journey I’ve been on. And this time around, it DEFINTIELY clicked.  First off, the cast is incredible?? First watch I had no fucking clue who anybody was, but this time around I was baffled at who was in this. No shocker, but Phillip Seymour Hoffman was the star of this for me. But nonetheless, each person plays their character SO well. The color scheme throughout was also super eye grabbing aswell, loved it very much. The saturation and the black point being so high was incredible. The dialogue is incredible. As tough as a lot of it is to listen to, it’s done SO SO well. And also the fact that you could watch like 90% of this on mute and all of the sudden this movie becomes practically normal?? Incredible. Not sure how often I’d rewatch this, but this is a fucked up masterpiece.  5/5
