Obsession
Obsession succeeds in doing what a classic horror movie aims to do: making you feel, while watching it, like you don't want to keep watching, but instead just want to run away and leave the theater. This alone shows how, even with limited resources, the film was made by someone who really knows their horror cinema. I don't have much else to say because so much has already been said by so many people about this movie. I can only say that it's a perfect film. It has no flaws—which doesn't mean it couldn't have had changes that were ultimately left as they are, but that the movie has a complete dignity of its own that we'll still remember 10 years from now.
