We could go on and on all day about how some of the dialogue is bad or how cheesy the character relationships are or whatever. My primal brain doesn't care, it's a Chimp Kills Teenagers Movie™ and that's awesome. That's why I came to the Chimp Kills Teenagers Movie™. If you came to the Chimp Kills Teenagers Movie™ and expected anything more avant garde than a Grade-A mid-budget thrill fest (the types of films we as an audience should be supporting more of) or a Chimp Killing Teenagers Movie™, that's on you. I'm reveling in the joy of having seen this for a second time.
