after seeing countless reels of this film's beautiful cinematography, i just had to watch it again.
this is definitely PTA's most under-awarded film. this is also (i think) is his most gorgeous looking film. if you love masterful acting and hate scientology, take 2 hrs and 17 mins of your day to watch this.
if someone asks me who's the Stanley Kubrick of this generation, i would answer no one but Paul Thomas Anderson is a close one.
