what's the point of remaking a cronenberg film if you aren't making it double in length, and using that time to add hyena fights, 80s inspired rock soundtrack, video game action sequences, most gore in any tamil film ever???, alcoholic sanju, occult sacrifices, and everyone's favourite police officer, napoleon. no but this is genuinely one of the best films of the year and as blasphemous as it may sound, better than a history of violence.
