“You mean she would rather imagine herself relating to an absent person than build relationships with those around her?“ IS SHE TALKING ABOUT ME? anyways, I absolutely adored this film and its visual style. I’m so in love with amélie herself, she’s become an instant favorite of mine. I think once I give it a rewatch it will really cement itself in my head.
