Superman

Superman was an amazing, bright, classic return to the version of hope that Superman always represented in the comics. The CGI was incredible, and the acting was on point with hilarious characters. While some were half baked and some others could’ve gotten more screen time, an unexpected standout was Edi Gathegi’s character who was spectacular in writing and acting. Both David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult were amazing in their roles. The first act felt a little chaotic and I didn’t agree with some creative decisions, but overall Superman is a promising start to the DCU, along with a few cool twists at the end of the film.
