Love, Simon
So after completing the book (Simon Vs the Homo Sapien Agenda) on the plane I then decided to rewatch Love, Simon again on the connecting flight.
I loved the book as much as I loved the film and watching it again made me appreciate it even more.
I cried again at certain moments (I'd be embarrassed but half the plane was asleep so it's okay) and had to stop myself laughing too loudly at other moments.
As for its transition from book to movie there are so many differences but I can see why and I agree with the script writers choices to make these differences whilst creating the film.
However there are one or two things I still wish were in there which involve some non-PG stuff but that's just me... But also his older sister, she seemed quite a big part of his life even though she wasn't around too much and she was missing from the film. I am happy they went with his emails getting leaked, I was kind of gutted when reading the book that this never happened.
To conclude, loved the book and will reread in the future and love the film and will definitely rewatch it again.
