Blade Runner

“All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.“ Ridley Scott really knew how to create an atmosphere, this whole film is absolutely gorgeous, it’s worth watching for the visuals alone. Rutger Hauer is the star of this film for me. His presence is so immense that every time he’s on screen it’s hard to watch anyone but him. Then of course he’s responsible for delivering probably the best monologue put to film. Just fantastic in every way. There’s one obvious unnecessary scene that sort of dampens the film a bit but other than that it’s literal perfection. Also the Final Cut is the only version you should be watching, the Theatrical Cut with that dumb voiceover is terrible.
