God these shows get more lifeless as they go on. Everyones acting was great for the most part. Disney shows feel so directorless. The camera work is so boring that it’s like watching paint dry. These shows end up accomplishing nothing by the end that it just feels like a show made for social media engagement. The dialogue was fine and the visuals were great. Can’t help but feel everything else was sacrificed for the visuals to be great. I can’t imagine what this show is like for people who didn’t watch rebels. Even for me who did watch it, that reunion was extremely underwhelming with Ezra. Thrawn came back delivered a few lines then decided to stand there for three episodes. These shows cannot be considered slow burn. Episode to episode is the most pointless viewing experience that can be encapsulated in 40 minutes.
