Alien

95/100* * If this movie was just the relatable and timeless characters arguing in the ship mess for the entire movie, it would still be quite a watch. You end up caring about all the small characters even if they are a little stupid. I probably would’ve done the same thing. Ripley is introduced beautifully in this origin of the series. The fact that you never truly see the Alien is what makes it fantastic and a true cinema classic. It explores themes of claustrophobia, working class life and the human spirit.
