Superman

okay well first of all #needthat david corenswet is so fine, and he played superman so well—he was the perfect actor for this role for sure. second of all, i am in love with the cinematography. the one shot takes, the fish eye lens shots, and the close-ups—all so good. i can tell they were designed better for the big screen, it looked kind of bland on the tv, but still very amazing shots. lastly, coming from a person who keeps up with politics, i love that the movie is very much pro-palestine. when i heard people talking about this movie being anti-israel, i wasn’t expecting it to be THAT anti-israel, but i’m not complaining whatsoever. seeing the people in jarhanpur run in fear while the kid held up the superman flag brought me to tears honestly. knowing that that’s the reality for the people in gaza is truly heartbreaking. and i hope that all my mutuals on here know i’m pro-palestine all the way, and i don’t wish to interact with anyone who believes otherwise. overall, i really enjoyed this movie! i’m not sure what it is but superhero movies are really doing it for me this year.
