Hamilton

watched this with my mom (for the first time) and my sister and it’s still amazing. the writing is absolutely insane with how everything connects from the beginning to the end of act 1, and then how new stuff gets introduced but still connects to the beginning to the end of act 2.. it’s truly genius. and the performances are amazing here.  i wish i got to see this cast live but it’s fine because the pro shot on disney plus is amazing. my mom surprisingly stayed up for the whole thing and actually enjoyed it because she loves history stuff and broadway.. so she was excited to see that it was a broadway filmed version instead of a movie. anyway, this is an amazing musical and i would love to experience it in theaters (IMAX or Dolby) one day. i also watched this with my Hamilton book that has a bunch of articles interspersed throughout the lyrics and side notes from LMM himself which was really cool to read. i recommend any Hamilton fan to 100% consider getting it because it’s absolutely amazing.  FAVORITE MUSICALS
