Disney please please please please PLEASE cast Helena Bonham Carter as Mother Gothel in the live action Tangled. y’all don’t understand how badly i need that.. Helena is literally mother.
i absolutely love this movie and that they kept some of the dark energy from the original source, but this needed way more Mother Gothel songs.. two is just not enough. the score and musical songs are just top tier and i love every second of this movie. its one of Disney’s best animated films.. i really hope they don’t fuck up the live action one. The Little Mermaid was a good live action remake, so please do what you did with that one, but improve on it.
anyway, i will always love and support Mother Gothel because you would do it too if you had the chance.. and i stand by that. i always loved her character ever since i watched this in theaters as an 8 year old kid.. so yeah.
