Sinners

honestly such a good movie. the way it talks about passion for music really gave me chills while watching it. the dance and music scenes were so good and different from anything ive seen before, it was bold but in a very good way. micheal b jordan did an amazing job in playing two different roles and making them seem like completely different people and have different characters. since its a horror movie, i was expecting it to be sort of gory and scary but i was one hour in and nothing had happened yet, so it was a bit too slow for me id say. i liked how they developed the characters very well so if they die you actually care and feel something, instead of it being like any other character in every horror movie ever. it gets away from cliche romanticized vampire movies and makes such a simple and overused plot actually good. the post credit scenes were beautifullllll(least i could expect from a former marvel director). i loved how the movie was filmed and how the script was made. recommend it 100%, probably the best new release ive seen in a while
