Aunt Lucy said: "If we're kind and polite, the world will be right." This film moved me to tears even more than Schindler’s List; by its final moments, I was openly weeping, a most unusual thing for me, for I cannot recall when last I wept at a film, or indeed in general. Paddington, together with a whimsical, villainous Hugh Grant, may be as close to perfection as one could hope to come. Solely Shakespeare doth verily compete. Thank you, Thomas Micheal Bond, for bestowing upon us this masterpiece of an adventure. You have verily touched my heart, most profoundly, and the hearts of many others.
