EVERYTHING about this film is beautiful. The soundtrack. The visuals. The story. I like how all the characters were tender in their own way. The softness of a mother, the innocence of a child, the sorrow of a man, the pain of a grandmother. This film really shows that the American life so many people yearn for really isn’t as great as it seems. Emile Mosseri will always have a special place in my heart because of this film.
