Training Day

You think you can do this to me?* * One of my favorite crime movies of all time. The themes behind this film and how power can lead to corruption always makes me think. If you are stopping crime, but breaking the law by doing so, is it justified. Idk why this turned into a philosophy discussion sorry.   Denzel Washington deserved his Academy Award for sure. I was really rocking with the dynamic between Denzel and Ethan Hawke, and I think they should’ve made more films together! So many great quotables, especially from Alonzo throughout the film. Also, Alonzo’s Monte Carlo might be one of the best cars in cinema. King Kong ain’t got sh*t on me, skadoosh. - Your boy Noah
