It’s cute but not really my style. Don’t get me wrong, I really adore a cute animated film every once and a while but this one has never really been my favorite. I find hiccup a bit annoying and a little unlikable overall mostly just on the over abundance of him being a whiny bitch. I always hate when characters act the way he does, it irks me. Toothless is by far the best part of the film, he’s very well animated especially when it comes to his eyes. The story itself is pretty basic though they really do introduce the final villain pretty late into the film which wasn’t great. The soundtrack is peak though, I will admit. It’s all right and I do like it but I’ve seen better. Not bad enough to not rewatch though.
