End User License Agreement (EULA) for Flick

These terms of service were last updated on June 26, 2026 and are effective immediately.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Flick app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flick in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Flick is a community built on respect. Objectionable content, including hate speech, harassment, or any abusive behavior, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

3. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content to Flick, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the app. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you submit.

4. Privacy

Your use of Flick is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5. Updates to the EULA

We may update this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Flick following the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flick if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community or the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flick is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Flick.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Flick offers optional paid subscriptions, such as Flick Gold. Purchases and subscriptions are sold and processed by the app store through which you obtained Flick — the Apple App Store or Google Play — and are subject to that store's terms and payment policies. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in your app store account settings. All refunds are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with its policies; we do not directly process payments or issue refunds. When you request a refund, we may share information about your purchase, account, and use of the Service with the applicable app store to help it evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
