Objectionable content, including hate speech, harassment, or any abusive behavior, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content to Flick, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the app. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you submit.
Your use of Flick is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Flick following the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flick if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the community or the service.
Flick is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Flick.
