I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the concept of the killer and the story. There's a plot-hole in why the antagonist has a hate towards social media. It makes sense that it's a jealously thing to have all these admirers and to not feel alone but it just seems like their problem is that their social awkward. There isn't any backstory for the killer and the motive just seems to be all jealously which is boring. It's unrealistic when stated "they aren't going to look for them" then talk about how the followers aren't going to care to look for the missing people when it seems like they'd forget that family and friends exists for that reason. It's also shown how the killer has "potential" in becoming an influencer but doesn't care to become one despite of not having friends. Like it doesn't make sense that "wanting fake followers" and a fake life is what is desired from the antagonist. It's completely possible to live more than 3 or 4 days in a stranded island so I don't even know why the dialogue has to be illogical. Influencer is a messy, stupid, absurd film that'll make celebrities seem less dumb
