loved this from the very beginning until the very end, even as the credits rolled. an unbelievably hilarious film that had me crying laughing, like when the old security guard does his firework foley or literally any time that furukawa opens his mouth. every member of the ensemble kills it the entire way through, making for an incredibly enjoyable film that i will be rewatching again & again.

As voltas e contravoltas daquela peça radiofónica foram totalmente wild. Uma história caracteristicamente japonesa desvirtuou-se por completo em favor da sua americanização, pobre da sua autora. Muito engraçado. E foi fascinante a forma como se produziu efeitos especiais a partir de objetos comuns (vou aprender).
