Visually of course this is great right, but how after so much story, development, tension and build did it feel like absolutely nothing happened.
Even the climax felt limp. Like I get how him as a character is truly just a canvas and he builds himself from the interactions of those around him (smart decision tbh), and the audience learns about him at the same time he learns about himself. But even then it’s like a stage light on a fucking cheeto puff. It’s all pretty, backed up by great acting, a great score, and great cinematography but at the end of the day it’ll always be hollow.
