gruesome, almost miserable watch that was crafted so expertly and is extremly impressive for a directorial debut. important that it was made, and im glad it wasn’t shy to show the brutality of the era, even though im sure it was even worse. fassbender is incredible, his commitment to the role is great. fuck margaret thatcher.

Took me a while to really understand what the film was doing. But after the 17 minute oner I finally got it. Amazing Fassbender performance and all I could think of is how before it’s too late we need a McQueen and Denzel Washington collaboration.
