I spent the first 30 minutes of the movie wondering why no one wanted to be haenyo anymore and then slowly realized it’s that they couldn’t be… the sea doesn’t support that kind of life any more because it’s all dying…… this is the worst timeline!!!

Haenyeo, you’re an all-star.
These women are badasses. Unfortunately, while it was well made and all, this documentary just didn’t hold me.
