Maybe I’m missing something, but why was this a double bill with Chime? I can’t help but feel they to their hands on Chime and just needed to justify the ticket price and happened to have this laying around.

That being said, this was alright, easily the toughest K. Kurosawa movie to nail down I’ve see thus far, maybe I’ll like it more with time

Man Kiyoshi is the goat, everything I’ve watched from him so far I’ve really liked. This film is pretty unforgiving and cruel, ending is convoluted but it is pretty effective although feeling kind of rushed.
