Fun use of sewing skills and materials to solve all kinds of situations.
This makes me want to see the creative problem solving of other crafts. Give me pottery MacGyver, soapmaker MacGyver, and other dying handcrafts.

Ran across the full-length feature of the same name while channel surfing and, realizing it was based on this short, I figured I'd start with the source.
It is a really nicely filmed (other than a couple of weirdly exposed shots, it looks really expensive -- no idea if it was) short that has an intriguing premise; while out driving, a seamstress comes across the aftermath of a motorcycle accident where all is not quite as it seems and she has to make a choice about what to do.
Anyway, it was only a few minutes long but was engaging enough to make me watch the feature. It's on Vimeo (as of Feb 2026) if you want to give it a try.

“Perfect crime. Call police. Drive away.”
This girl is both smart and crazy. This lady is way too old to be a police officer. Getting stitched up with no pain meds sounds like hell. The way the plot unfolds was unexpected but great. The Swiss setting really fit and helped the movie’s feel.
