What I really admire here is Jun fucking Lana understanding the complex dynamics of sex, control, and relationships. Fucking hell, I was cringing about all the writing stuff because they are fucking pretentious af. These characters are fucking awful and I'm so fucking glad Jun Lana leaned into it. And the problematic age gap exists and it does not just simplify that the older man was the predator (which he is really, in all cases), but rather have this ambiguity in morality na when both parties are benefiting and both have control, who really is the problematic one or whatever. I love the characterization of just how pretentious and problematic these complex characters are.
I'm a sucker of like one setting shit so this was already so good to me. My problem really was just in Act 3, when a lot of shit goes down and the editing and the direction was kinda iffy to me. I feel like it should have been more simplified with the directing and all, like I did not really like the tilted close ups when secrets were being revealed like it just felt iffy and all.
Overall, great watch and Jun Lana just gets the complexity and dynamics of these relationships.
P.S. not speaking from experience ofc
