i’m actually so mad at myself for not really enjoying this movie as much as I thought I would. I think overall it is a good film but also disappointing as a die hard doors fan. val kilmer did a beautiful job of portraying jim though. I just felt it was way too slow (probably just me because my patience is ass)
I know how hard it is to make an accurate movie on a band but I think they just didn’t try enough. I mean even ray manzarek didn’t think it was accurate at all.
I will say the 60s aesthetic was absolutely perfect.

Åh Jim kom tilbage jeg savner dig
Fuldstændig fantastisk film. Jeg er så imponeret over det hele. Val gjorde det for sindssygt som Jim. Han var perfekt. Han gjorde det virkelig godt med at synge sangene, det lød nærmest identisk med Jim. Meg Ryan er mega skøn. RIP Jim Morrison🙏🏼
