there's an argument that this shouldn't have been made bc of 1. how good the original is, and 2. what happened to brandon lee
BUT only having seen this for the first time 30 years later, i can see that there is some non-zero amount of attempt to create something with atmosphere that kinda sorta succeeds
it's not a GOOD movie, but i can appreciate the attempt

Honestly not as bad as I was expecting but something’s missing with this and I’m not sure what and like many people have already said it was always going to be a lose lose situation with this but thanks to the remake it’s not that bad in comparison
