This movie felt like if a teenager made Contact, but focused on government conspiracy and aliens while taking out all the themes and messages because they thought it was “boring” and “lame”. All joking aside, it's still solid. I'm still not convinced that Charlie Sheen was the best option to play Zane, but to each their own. I did enjoy the whole chase to find the true answers to his dilemma, I just think sometimes they just went a little too far with it, and you know what, for it being 1996, that's okay.
