It's fine. I don't know if I can really judge a minute of film, as that is a very short sample size to go off of. I say with shorts, a bare minimum you want to hit would be 5-7 minutes. What was here, though, was fine; it was nothing incredible but serviceable; the hand-drawn animation was a highlight. I would've loved to see more slapstick comedy in the vein of cartoons from the 1920s and 30s; this is the first Oswald short of the century; you admittedly could've done more.
