I loved this movie so much. Even though Novalee went through such a difficult situation, she stayed kind and innocent. It made me emotional seeing how she slowly found people who truly cared about her.
I also understand why she lied. Sometimes when you're scared, it feels impossible to tell the truth, and you keep wishing you had another chance to say everything honestly. That made her feel really real to me.
