PURE EMOTION IN EVERY SCENE OF THIS MOVIE. Everyone was perfect and everything I loved it.
Rose is such a complex but lovable character to enjoy and understand. Connie is the fun type and is my favorite because of Odessa A’zion’s amazing acting. Loved all the twists and turns from Allie with his death. It’s truly sad to watch but also exhilarating to see Rose yell at her father. The atmosphere caps it off for me and is 100% one of my favorite films of all time.

Odessa and Emily both acted like rent was due.
Captures the anxiety-inducing and claustrophobic nature feeling of when you feel you don’t belong in your family. Despite them still being family, they can make you want to scream in frustration and want to throw you arms around them at the same time. Character dynamics were well fleshed out and color grading was very good too.
