I wanted to like this more than I did, it isn’t bad or anything.
I just felt it came across as more of an ego stroke for Clooney that could’ve been more a celebration of his career.
Him and Adam Sandler are great however can definitely see why they are getting award nominations.

I feel like I was following along well the first half of the movie, but somewhere in the second lalf I started to disengage. There was a general sense of "I've seen this" living through the film, which capped off for me when they chose to show a bunch of real footage of George Clooney for the tribute. All to say I did enjoy it; I gave it a thumbs up and mild shrug of the shoulders.

9.3/10 Wow. This film really did something for me and was a very touching film about reflection. It was visually amazing which is something you can expect from a Baumbauch film. I’ve now seen 2 Baumbauch films and they both have been so amazing so I need to get more into his filmography. I do think the acting in the start of film wasn’t anything special. But this film gets better as it goes on. As does the acting which is easily Oscar worthy in the third act. Adam Sandler has a bag he needs to tap into more because man he is so talented. George Clooney also kills it and he adds so much to every scene he is in. The ending to this film was so amazing and emotional. It was just such a perfect ending to this film and so beautifully done. This is a must watch streaming film everyone should watch.
