Obviously not the masterpiece that the first one is, but kind of insane that they managed to make a pretty good sequel at all. Middle of the movie does something I’ve  never really seen tackled in a cop movie before. Also, what an ending. The 70’s really knew how to make their last 10 seconds pack a punch.

“I don’t want a fuckin Hershey bar” “Mickey Mantle sucks”

I’m always skeptical because it’s a different director, longer than the first movie. At least one other actor came back from the other movie. Much much darker than the first one. I hate this one cause the needles. Man, I hate needles. Cringe every time. I don’t know what they’re doing when they hook up to all the stuff, but I absolutely hate it so much. Love casual arson. This movie may be like a 3 1/2 star or maybe even 4. Don’t know.
