Fascinatingly bad
It's a direct answer to Fast and Furious and mind you the first two F&F were actually decent, so in a period where Fast & Furious was watchable, this thing came out and was bad on so many levels, but still fascinating to watch. It feels really first-movieish so there's some grace to have, you can feel that he did most of the editing, didn't listen to the editing guy and SUCKED at it, otherwise it's entertaining.
