“Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for music.” —John Williams
Words cannot express how grateful I am to have lived at the same time as this wonderful artist. Absolutely insane how you can make a two hour documentary about this man and still leave out some of the greatest, most earth shattering pieces of music ever created (looking at you Remembrances and literally everything from Empire of the Sun). Yeah, this doc keeps things pretty surface level, but the truth is that a day spent listening to John Williams’ music is a day I’m happy to be alive!
