As an Albanian immigrant I may have a different perspective going into this than an outside viewer. All I can say is that none of the actors depicting Albanians are actually Albanian - with the lead Dubz being played by a Spanish man and the other co-lead playing an Albanian female gang leader being played by a Serbian.

If you don’t have much concept of why it’s offensive to have a Serbian woman playing a Kosovan-Albanian who fled the ethnic genocide committed by their people - might be something to mule over. It is very obvious they never actually researched into real Albanian immigrants and considered their perspective.

The film was boring, poorly written and over-bloated outside of the outright offensive depictions of Albanian immigrants.
