During the Kadamba reign, King Vijayendra, the ruler of the fictional feudatory land of Bangra, meets his final fate while venturing into the mystical forest of Kantara. Witnessing this, his son Rajashekara seals the borders of their realm. Later, Prince Kulashekara reopens them through a brutal massacre. The protagonist, Berme, in search of prosperity, crosses the divide and ignites a conflict of faith, power, and destiny between the Kingdom and Nature.

Omg take out like the first 2/3rds of this movie and there's something worth watching. It worked for the first one since it was fresh, but my god, is this one bloated, inflated sequel. And, if the sequel to this one (yes there is one) is anyway similar to this, def not watching

Every review under this highlights how its repetitive and bad and even going as far as mocking the holy chant. This film was meant to be a revision of the history of the people of kantara and their daivas and also for your entertainment but if you have a mindset of squirrel whose whole world is a single nut, you are doing it wrong ,maybe have a little respect for the folk and origin. Shame that you are going into this film with a cinephile mindset,im afraid this masterpiece isn't for you.
